November 7 (SeeNews) - German discount textile retailer Kik said on Wednesday it has opened its third shop in Romania, following investment of 200,000 euro ($229,708).
The 850 sq m unit is located in the Uvertura shopping centre in the northern city of Botosani, Kik said in a press release.
Last month, Kik said it opened its second store in Romania, in the northeastern city of Piatra Neamt.
Kik plans to open four more stores in cities with over 25,000 inhabitants in Romania by the end of the year.
Kik Textilien is a German textile discount store chain operating more that 3,400 stores in Germany, Austria, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Poland.
