February 13 (SeeNews) - Austrian transport and logistics services provider Gebruder Weiss said on Monday it has expanded its network in Southeast Europe by opening a branch in Albania's capital Tirana.
The new branch will enable the expansion of the existing groupage freight line between North Macedonia and Albania in both directions, as well as the launch of new connections to Italy in the future, Dorina Islami, country manager of Albania at Gebruder Weiss, said in a statement.
The Tirana branch was opened on February 6.
Elsewhere in the Western Balkans, Gebruder Weiss has branches in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia.
