December 27 (SeeNews) - Russia's Gazprom Neft said it signed a contract to sell crude oil worth up to $296 million (248.7 million euro) to Serbian oil and gas company NIS by the end of 2018.
Gazprom Neft will deliver five lots of low-sulphur Novy Port brand of crude oil to NIS, according to the terms of the contract disclosed by the Russian company earlier this week.
The agreement, signed on Monday, includes a buyer's option to make the delivery in four or six lots, Gazprom Neft said.
Gazprom Neft controls 56.15% of the share capital of NIS, while the Serbian government owns 29.87%.
