May 20 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rebounded on Friday on gains in hotel owner and manager Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP], bourse data showed.
The bourse's total turnover slightly rose to 4.3 million kuna ($140,000/133,000 euro) from 3.4 million kuna on Thursday but remained relatively low.
The 23-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, gained 0.39% to finish at 2,081.62 points.
The narrower CROBEX10 which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, advanced 0.37% to end at 1,240.79 points.
The most traded share was Valamar Riviera with a turnover of 982,300 kuna. Its shares went up 2.10% to finish at 34.10 kuna.
Shares of shipyard Brodogradiliste Viktor Lenac [ZSE:VLEN] rose 2.50% to end at 16.40 kuna on the news that it will propose to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 1.17 kuna per share out of its net profit for 2021. It a constituent of the CROBEX.
The biggest daily gainer was food trader Granolio [ZSE:GRNL], as its shares surged by 5.56%, to end at 49.40 kuna. It is not part of the bourse's main indices.
