November 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has entered a subsequent issue of 4,385,503 shares in Bulgarian Private Equity Fund [BUL:BPT] into the register of public companies, allowing their issuer to seek the shares' admission to trading on the Sofia bourse.
Bulgarian Private Equity Fund increased its capital to some 13.16 million levs ($7.5 million/6.7 million euro) from 8.77 million levs through the issue, the financial regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
The company raised some 4.39 million levs ($2.5 million/2.2 million euro) by placing the shares at nominal value - 1 lev apiece.
A total of 16 investors subscribed for shares from the new issue.
As at 8:30 CET on Wednesday, Bulgarian Private Equity Fund shares traded 1.82% lower at 1.08 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
