September 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said it approved a prospectus for the admission to trading of a 39.5 million euro ($42.3 million) bond issued by Allianz Bank Bulgaria.
FSC has entered Allianz Bank Bulgaria and its bond into the register of public companies and other issuers of securities, FSC said in a statement on Tuesday.
In March, Allianz issued 395 ordinary, freely transferable, unsecured bonds with a par value of 100,000 euro each, equal to their issue price.
The four-year bonds bear a fixed interest rate of 6.85% due annually. The principal will be repaid in a single instalment on the maturity date, March 30, 2027.
