August 19 (SeeNews) - French technical consultancy, customer experience and business process outsourcing group Webhelp will open an office in Bosnia's capital Sarajevo in October, Sarajevo Canton said.
Webhelp intends to hire 500 people in the new premises, with a view to doubling its headcount in the country in the future, Sarajevo Canton said in a press release on Thursday.
Webhelp has 200 offices in over 55 countries. In Southeast Europe, Webhelp is present in Albania, Kosovo, Romania, Greece and Turkey. The company is owned by its management and GBL, a global investment holding.
The Sarajevo Canton is one of ten cantons making up the Federation, one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other entity is the Serb Republic.
