November 17 (SeeNews) - The French Development Agency, AFD, will provide a 60 million euro ($62.3 million) loan to Albania to finance a project for the overhaul of the water supply network in the Adriatic port city of Durres, the Albanian prime minister's office said.
AFD will also provide a 1 million euro grant for technical assistance in the implementation of the project, prime minister Edi Rama's office said in a press release earlier this week.
The project aims at reconstructing the water supply network in Durres which was damaged during the 6.4 earthquake that hit Albania on November 26, 2019.
