January 11 (SeeNews) - France-based IT company Atos said on Wednesday it has acquired 100% of InfoPartners, a leading provider of specialist SAP services in Bulgaria, for an undisclosed sum.
Atos also announced that it has signed a multi-million euro five-year contract with Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC), one of the world’s largest bottlers of brands of the Coca-Cola Company. Under the new contract, Atos will take over development and management of key IT applications supporting the CCHBC business, the Paris-listed company said in a statement.

"Atos intends to create a Global Center of Expertise for the Food & Beverage Sector in Sofia that will allow to service clients worldwide. Ambition is that within the next five years, this new centre will double Atos capacity in Sofia," Atos added.
InfoPartners is the incumbent supplier to CCHBC and will serve as the base for the Bulgarian food and beverage competence center.
