August 29 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Serb Republic attracted 24,736 foreign tourists in July, up 69.8% year-on-year, the entity's statistical office said on Monday.
Foreign tourists spent 45,576 overnights in the Serb Republic in July, which represents an annual increase of 65.7%, the Serb Republic's statistical office said in a statement.
Most foreign tourists who visited the Serb Republic in July came from Serbia (8,643, up 24% year-on-year), followed by Turkey (2,026, up 455%) and 1,874 tourists from Croatia (up 73%).
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
