May 30 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Serb Republic attracted 14,985 foreign tourists in April, up 215.9% year-on-year, the entity's statistical office said.
Foreign tourists spent 30,609 overnights in the Serb Republic in April, which represents an annual increase of 185.9%, the Serb Republic's statistical office said in a statement on Friday.
Most foreign tourists who visited the Serb Republic in April came from Serbia (7,426, up 178% year-on-year), followed by 1,584 tourists from Croatia (up 343%) and 1,537 tourists from Slovenia (up 726%).
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
