October 28 (SeeNews) - The number of foreign tourists who visited Montenegro in September declined 81.2% on the year to 28,829, the country's statistical office said.
The total number of tourists who stayed in the country in September slumped by an annual 76.5% to 38,829, data from the country's statistical office showed.
Visitors from Serbia accounted for 24.4% of all overnights in September, followed by tourists from Ukraine with a 10.1% share, Bosnia and Herzegovina with 7.7%, and Kosovo with 5.9%.
Seaside resorts accounted for 91.4% of all overnight stays, followed by the country's capital with 4.7%, mountain resorts with 2.4% and other tourist resorts with 1.5%.
