April 1 (SeeNews) - The number of foreign tourists who visited Bosnia's Federation in February fell 13.4% on the year, to 26,788, the entity's statistical office said.
Foreign tourists spent 53,009 overnights in the Federation in February, down 21.5% year-on-year, the Federation's statistical office said in a statement on Monday.
The total number of tourists who visited the Federation in February fell by 8% on the year to 43,841. Total tourist overnights decreased by 15.9% to 82,114.
Most foreign visitors to the Federation in February came from Croatia (28.3%), followed by tourists from Serbia (9.4%), and Turkey (5.2%).
The Federation is one of two autonomous entities that make up Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Serb Republic.
