September 5 (SeeNews) - A total of 119,459 foreign tourists visited Bosnia and Herzegovina in July, compared with 80,627 in July 2021, the country's statistical office said on Monday.
Foreign tourists spent 273,196 overnights in Bosnia in July, up 34% on the year, Bosnia's Agency for Statistics said in a monthly report.
The total number of tourists who visited the country in July was 173,190, up 29.5% on the year.
Total tourist overnights increased 17.9% to 402,258.
In July most foreign visitors to Bosnia and Herzegovina came from Serbia (12,117), followed by tourists fromTurkey (9,292) and Croatia (8,582).
Foreign tourist arrivals to Bosnia surged 153% on the year in 2021.
