TIRANA (Albania), December 21 (SeeNews) – The number of foreign tourists who visited Albania in the January-November period rose 22.9% on the year to 2.32 million, data from the country's statistical office, INSTAT, showed on Thursday.
The largest numbers of foreign visitors came from Kosovo, Macedonia, Greece, Montenegro and Italy.
In November alone, the number of tourists in the country increased to 54,900 from 30,950 in the same month of 2016, INSTAT said in a statement.
