November 21 (SeeNews) - The number of foreign tourists who visited Albania in the first 10 months of 2017 rose 21.9% on the year to 2.26 million, data from the country's statistical office, INSTAT, showed on Tuesday.
The largest numbers of foreign visitors came from Kosovo, Macedonia, Greece, Montenegro and Italy.
In October alone, the number of tourists in the country increased to 168,465 from 88,202 in the same month of 2016, INSTAT said in a statement.
