January 9 (SeeNews) - Finland's Alma Media said on Thursday it has completed the acquisition of Bosnian online recruitment services provider Kolektiv, after the local competition authority finalised its assessment of the transaction.
Alma entered into an agreement with Kolektiv regarding the acquisition of the target company's entire share capital in November 2019, the multi-channel media company said in a press release.

The price of the deal was not disclosed.
The Bosnian company, which employs some 40 people, had an estimated revenue of 2 million euro ($2.2 million) last year, according to the press release.
"Kolektiv will be included in the reporting for the Alma Markets business segment from the beginning of 2020," Alma said.
Alma Media employs some 1,900 workers. Its revenue in 2018 amounted to 354.6 million euro.
