May 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has removed radio and TV transmission services provider NURTS Bulgaria from the register of public companies and issuers of other financial instruments, as its 40 million euro ($43.2 million) bond issue has been repaid and delisted from trading.
The bond issue comprised 40,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each, the regulator said in a statement on Thursday, without providing further details.
NURTS Bulgaria is a wholly-owned unit of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC), which operates under the Vivacom brand.
