February 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian lender Fibank [BUL:5F4] generated half of the total daily turnover on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Friday as most indices ended higher, bourse data shows.
Fibank shares closed 8.74% higher at 3.969 levs as 183,264 shares changed hands. The bank was the biggest blue-chip gainer on Friday
BSE's total stock trading turnover rose to 1.4 million levs ($714,668/770,811 euro) from 1.05 million on Thursday.
The blue-chip SOFIX index added 0.94% to 603.62 points, after rising by 0.71% on Thursday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, increased 1.56% to 117.81 points, following an increase of 0.46% on Thursday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of the real estate investment trusts, decreased by 0.08% to 107.36 points on Friday. On Thursday, the index edged up 0.09%.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, closed 0.45% higher at 468.06 points. It dropped by 0.93% on Thursday.
Industrial Capital Holding [BUL:4I8] led the blue-chip decliners on Friday, falling 7.44% to 4.165 levs in a trading volume of 200 shares.
