November 13 (SeeNews) - Foreign direct investment (FDI) into Romania fell by 6% year-on-year in the first nine months of 2018, to 3.517 billion euro ($3.952 billion), the central bank said on Tuesday.
Equity investment (including estimated net reinvestment of earnings) amounted to 3.152 billion euro and inter-company lending totalled a net value of 365 million euro at the end of September, the central bank said in a statement, citing provisional data.
FDI into Romania increased by 1.5% in 2017 to an estimated 4.586 billion euro.
