SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 9 (SeeNews) – An explosion ripped through Bulgarian arms producer Arsenal in the town of Kazanlak on Tuesday afternoon, killing one man, state news agency BTA reported.
The reasons for the blast that occured shortly after 12 a.m. (0900 GMT) were not immediately known, BTA said.
A company official in charge of security told SeeNews that an investigation has been launched.
Arsenal, based in the town of Kazanlak in central Bulgaria, produces small arms, sub-machine guns, artillery systems, rocket launchers and ammunition.
