October 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synthetica [BUL:0SYA] said on Wednesday that insurer Euroins Romania Asigurare Reasigurare has decreased its stake in the company to 5.60% on September 27.
Following the transaction, Euroins Romania owns 167,883 shares in the company, Synthetica said in a bourse filing.

On August 9, Euroins Romania held a 10.06% stake in Synthetica.
Euroins Romania is part of Bulgarian financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
Synthetica shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on September 27, when they closed unchanged at 42.6 levs ($23.8/21.8 euro).
