SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 13 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian financial and insurance services provider Synthetica [BUL:0SYA] said on Friday that insurer Euroins Romania has decreased its stake in the company to 7.01%.
Following the transaction, Euroins Romania owns 210,367 shares in the company, Synthetica said in a bourse filing.

On September 29, Synthetica said Euroins Romania has increased its stake in the company to 17.01%, equivalent to 510,184 shares.
Euroins Romania is part of Bulgarian financial group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
Synthetica shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on September 29, when they closed unchanged at 39.75 levs ($24.1/20.3 euro).
