SOFIA (Bulgaria), April 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment company Futures Capital said on Tuesday that insurer Euroins Romania Asigurare Reasigurare has cut its stake in the company to 8.08% from 13.03% on April 15.

Following the transaction, Euroins Romania owns 33,980 shares in Futures Capital, the Bulgarian company said in a statement.

In December last year, Euroins Romania acquired a 19.98% stake in Futures Capital from FL Capital for 2.1 million levs ($1.2 million/1.1 million euro). Euroins Romania acquired 84,000 Futures Capital shares in a single deal priced at 24.8 levs apiece.

Euroins Romania is part of Bulgaria's Euroins Insurance Group.
