July 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Bulland Investments [BUL:5BD] said on Monday insurance company Euroins Romania has decreased its stake in the company to 13.81% from 15.13%.
The transaction took place on June 27, Bulland Investments said in a bourse filing.

The name of the buyer was not disclosed.
Last month, Euroins Romania increased its stake in Bulland Investments to 15.13% from 0.26% by acquiring the entire stake owned by Sofia-based Euro Finance.
Bulland Investments specialises in the acquisition and leasing of agricultural land.
Euroins Romania is part of Bulgarian financial group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH].
As at 12:55 CET on Monday, Bulland Investments shares traded 9.82% lower at 0.9 levs ($0.52/0.46 euro).
