October 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian power plant equipment maintenance and repair services company Atomenergoremont [BUL:68A] said on Friday that insurer Euroins Romania, part of Bulgarian diversified holding Eurohold [BUL:4EH], has sold a 6.2% stake in the company, lowering its ownership to 3.53%.
The deal was registered with the central depository on September 28, Atomenergoremont said in a bourse filing.

Also on September 28, information and communication firm Specialized Logistic Systems purchased a 6.2% stake in Atomenergoremont, the filing reads.
In September, Atomenergoremont said its majority owner Bultrade Corporation has reduced its stake in the company to 59.8% from 62%.
In July, Atomenergoremont said in its first half financial report that Bultrade held 80.23% in the company.
