SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 22 (SeeNews) – Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] said on Friday it has raised 47.0 million levs ($28.5 million/24.0 million euro) through a capital hike.
The company’s capital was increased to 197.5 million levs from 161.3 million levs via a new share issue, Eurohold Bulgaria said in a filing to the Sofia stock exchange.
Eurohold Bulgaria issued 36.2 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each at a price of 1.3 levs.
Earlier this month, Eurohold Bulgaria issued a 70 million euro worth of five-year notes carrying a fixed annual interest rate of 6.5%.
Eurohold Bulgaria's portfolio includes companies in financial services, leasing, insurance and car sales.
Eurohold Bulgaria shares closed 1.84% higher at 1.385 levs on Thursday.
