SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 3 (SeeNews) – Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] was the top blue-chip gainer on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Friday, bourse data showed.
Eurohold Bulgaria closed 4.51% higher at 1.276 levs ($0.652/0.757 euro) as 1,700 shares changed hands.
The blue-chip SOFIX index gained 0.77% to 675.28 points on Friday after a 0.11% decrease on Thursday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, added 0.04% to 131.21 points, after falling 0.12% on Thursday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, added 0.05% to 115.45 points on Friday. On Thursday, the index closed 0.16% lower.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, declined 0.09% to 547.43 points, following a 0.10% drop on Wednesday.
Total trading turnover on the regulated market of the Sofia bourse dropped to 990,800 levs on Friday from 1.3 million levs on Thursday.
Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] fell the most among blue chips on Friday, closing 2.26% lower at 1.040 levs. The company also was the most traded blue-chip on Friday as 90,128 of the company shares changed hands at an average price of 1.067 levs.
