September 5 (SeeNews) - Financial and insurance group Eurohold Bulgaria [BUL:4EH] was the top blue-chip gainer on the floor of the stock exchange in Sofia on Tuesday, bourse data showed.
Eurohold Bulgaria shares rose by 2.31% to 1.330 levs as 11,258 units changed hands.
Total trading turnover on the BSE fell to 1.4 million levs on Tuesday, from 2.83 million levs on Monday.
First Investment Bank (Fibank) [BUL:5F4] led the blue-chip decliners in Tuesday's trading session, closing 2.02% lower at 5.340 levs.
Sofia-based Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF) [BUL:5BU] was the most traded blue chip company on Tuesday as 130,837 of its shares changed hands at an average price of 2.351 levs.
The blue-chip SOFIX index edged up by 0.03% to 705.93 points, after adding 0.65% on Monday.
The broader BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the BSE, lost 0.10% to 134.72 points, after shedding 0.39% on Monday.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, added 0.25% to 116.45 points on Tuesday. On Monday, the index increased by 0.61%.
The BG TotalReturn30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, increased by 0.05% to 558.20 points, after it added 0.46% on Monday.
