June 15 (SeeNews) - Estonian air carrier Nordica said on Friday it plans to start operating a seasonal flight linking Tallinn to the Romanian coastal town of Constanta on June 16.
The flight will be operated until September 29, Nordica said in a statement.
At first, the flights will depart on Saturday only, but from June 27 there will be an additional Wednesday flight.
Passenger numbers on the flights have exceeded the expectations, which shows Nordica made the right choice in picking Constanta as a destination, the director of marketing and communication of Nordica, Toomas Uibo, said. "People in Estonia are looking for exciting new experiences when they go on holiday, and that’s definitely something the Romanian resort will offer them. It’s ideal for families with kids and teenagers for being so affordable."
Nordica is a brand of Nordic Aviation Group, an Estonian state-owned company established in 2015 to guarantee flight connections to Estonia.
