January 23 (SeeNews) - London-based real estate company Globalworth said on Monday that it has leased an office space of 540 sq m to the Romanian branch of U.S.-based geographic information system software company ESRI.
ESRI Romania signed the leasing deal for five years, Globalworth said in a press release.
The company's newly rented office space is located in Globalworth Campus, an office and retail development in Bucharest.
"The space offered by Globalworth is the perfect place for us to extend our operations to better serve our users, both here in Romania and in the whole of Europe. We look forward to a fruitful and long collaboration" said Alexandru Vasile, Managing Director of ESRI Romania.
ESRI Romania was established in 1999. Through its ArcGIS software it offers mapping and spatial analysis services.
Globalworth is real estate company active in Central and Eastern Europe which acquires, develops, and directly manages offices and industrial real estate assets. In Romania, the company is present in the cities of Bucharest, Timisoara, Constanta, Pitesti, Arad, Oradea and Targu Mures.
