June 1 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Erste&Steiermaerkische Bank d.d., part of Austria's Erste Group, said subscription started on Thursday for a new issue of its preferred senior notes with an aggregate principal amount of up to 70 million euro ($75.1 million) and maturity in 2026.
Yield to maturity is set at 4.50% per year, interest rate is 4.50% per year and issue price is 100%, the bank said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
The end of the subscription period for investors is June 16 at 3 p.m. local time.
Issue date is June 20, 2023 and the issue is expected to be listed on the official market on the bourses in Zagreb and Vienna first business day after the Issue.
The issue has a specified denomination of 100,000 euro per note.
Last month, the bank said it plans to issue bonds in order to meet the minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities.
