March 17 (SeeNews) - The Serbian unit of Erste Bank opened a new office in the city of Novi Sad, in the north of the country, it said.
The new office will focus on providing advisory services to clients, the bank said in a press release on Wednesday.
"Although we can do a lot when it comes to banking via our mobile phones, consulting and making good finance-related decisions remain prerequisites for generating progress and sustainability," the lender's executive board director Slavko Caric noted.
Erste Bank Novi Sad is part of Vienna-based Erste Group, which serves around 16 million clients in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Croatia and Serbia.
