February 8 (SeeNews) - Serbian civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] said Austria's Erste Bank's custodian unit has taken control of 5.176% of its capital.
On January 31, Erste Bank Custody increased the number of Energoprojekt shares it owns to 565,699 from 190,531, the civil engineering group said in a filing with the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

Erste Bank Custody controlled a 1.743% stake in Energoprojekt before the transaction.
Shares of Energoprojekt added 2.52% on the Belgrade stock market on January 31, closing at 1,300 dinars. Trading turnover amounted to 487.7 million dinars ($4.19 million/3.94 million euro), as a total of 375,172 of Energoprojekt shares changed hands in four transactions. The company generated almost the entire share trading turnover of 493.2 million dinars on the Belgrade bourse on January 31.
Energoprojekt also generated a share trading turnover of 335.4 million dinars on February 2, when a total of 260,020 units changed hands in three transactions. Energoprojekt's share price rose 1.98% on February 2 and closed at 1,290 dinars, after touching an intraday high of 1,300 dinars.
Energoprojekt shares were traded 0.25% lower at 1,204 dinars by 13:35 CET on Wednesday on the Belgrade Stock Exchange as 96 units changed hands.
