September 7 (SeeNews) - Montenegrin steelworks EPCG Zeljezara Niksic, a company set up by state-owned power utility EPCG, has appointed Maksim Vucinic as the new president of its board of director, state broadcaster RTCG reported on Thursday.
Vucinic succeeds Marko Perunovic, who resigned in June amid allegations of misusing company funds for gambling.
During the last board of directors' constitutive session, the position of the board president remained vacant as none of the candidates secured the required majority of votes.
EPCG has acquired Zeljezara Niksic from Turkey's Toscelik for 20 million euro ($21.4 million) in December.
