ZAGREB (Croatia), January 14 (SeeNews) - The Croatian unit of German energy company E.ON said on Thursday that Andreas Rorig is its new management board chairman.
Rorig took the role of chairman of E.ON Hrvatska's management board at the beginning of the year, the company said in a statement.
He is also chief executive officer (CEO) of E.ON Hrvatska, according to data published on the company's website.
Most recently, Rorig held the position of senior vice president for sustainability & health, safety and environment at E.ON, E.ON Hrvatska told SeeNews via email.
He is replacing Karl Kraus, who is now the company's chief operating officer (COO).
E.ON Hrvatska is active in electricity distribution and supply, design and construction of solar power plants, and waste water treatment. The company also operates in Slovenia.
