BELGRADE (Serbia), August 6 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed up on Friday, with civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] leading the blue-chip gainers' list, bourse data showed.
Energoprojekt closed 16.47% higher at 396 dinars on Friday. Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] generated the highest turnover of 538,590 dinars, as 893 of its shares changed hands.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session 0.59% higher at 781.24 points.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.86% at 1,667.35.
The bourse's total turnover rose to 3.2 million dinars ($32,200/27,200 euro) on Friday, from 2.1 million dinars on Thursday, as 75 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 876,491 dinars.
In the period between August 2 and 6, BELEX15 went up 0.72%, while BELEXline rose 1.03%.
The total value of trading on the Belgrade stock market this week was 967.4 million dinars, versus 41.1 million dinars last week.
Treasury bonds trading turnover totalled 957.9 million dinars this week, versus 333,302 dinars last week.
