June 14 (SeeNews) - Civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] generated nearly two-thirds the entire share turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday, as stock indices ended mixed, bourse data showed.
Energoprojekt generated a share turnover of 45.1 million dinars, and was the most traded company, as 30,157 of its shares were traded in 31 deals. The company won 0.94% and closed at 1,497 dinars.
Aluminium rolling mill Impol Seval [BEL:IMPL] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Wednesday, as its price rose 3.32% to 3,397 dinars. A total of 758 shares in the company changed hands in nine deals, generating a turnover of 2.6 million dinars.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade bourse, closed flat at 719.91 points on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the index declined 0.50% to 719.93.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, declined 0.12% on Wednesday and closed at 1,549.72. The index fell 0.25% to 1,551.57 on Tuesday.
Soybean processing company Sojaprotein [BEL:SJPT] paced the blue-chip decliners on Wednesday, as it lost 6.18% to 440 dinars. The company generated a share turnover of 248,570 dinars, as 565 of its shares changed hands in five deals.
The total stock trading turnover on the bourse increased to 67.6 million dinars ($622,085/551,621 euro) on Wednesday from 37.4 million dinars on Tuesday, as 186 share transactions were carried out. Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the bourse came in at 621,800 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 941.6 million dinars to the session's total trading turnover of 1.009 billion dinars on the bourse. Three transactions of Treasury bonds were carried out on Wednesday. A total of 50,197 bonds of the dinar-denominated RSO15105 issue changed hands in two deals. The bonds bear a coupon of 10% and mature on March 2, 2018. Investors also traded 37,925 bonds of the dinar-denominated RSO15112 issue, bearing a coupon of 10% and maturing on April 18, 2018.
