June 19 (SeeNews) - Civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] generated the highest share turnover on the Belgrade bourse on Monday, as stock indices declined, bourse data showed.
Energoprojekt won 0.85% and closed at 1,430 dinars and was also the most traded company, as 1,453 of its shares changed hands in 29 transactions, generating a turnover of 2.1 million dinars.
Belgrade airport operator Aerodrom Nikola Tesla [BEL:AERO] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Belgrade bourse on Monday, after winning 1.09% and closing at 1,295 dinars. A total of 446 Aerodrom shares changed hands, generating a turnover of 1,295 dinars.
The blue-chip BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade bourse, went down 0.28% to 708.39 points on Monday. On Friday, the index fell 1.14% to 710.41.
The broader BELEXline, a free‐float market capitalisation weighted index, decreased 0.17% on Monday and closed at 1,536.79. The index declined 0.69% to 1,539.38 on Friday.
Oil and gas company NIS [BEL:NIIS] paced the blue-chip decliners on Monday, as it lost 1.88% to 677 dinars. The company generated a share turnover of 164,550 dinars, as 243 of its shares changed hands.
The total stock trading turnover on the bourse decreased to 7.2 million dinars ($66,061/59,092 euro) on Monday from 7.4 million dinars on Friday, as 247 share transactions were carried out. Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the bourse came in at only 10,030 dinars.
