June 8 (SeeNews) - The stock indices on the Belgrade Stock Exchange went down on Wednesday, with civil engineering group Energoprojekt [BEL:ENHL] pacing the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.
Energoprojekt's shares closed 5.88% lower at 320 dinars on Wednesday.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.60% at 830.79 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed down 1.03% at 1,675.50.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 1.433 billion dinars ($13.1 million/12.2 million euro) on Wednesday, up from 151.9 million dinars on Tuesday, as 99 transactions were carried out.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 5.2 million dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 1.415 billion dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Wednesday.
