April 10 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian office of New York-headquartered non-profit organisation Endeavor has launched the fifth edition of its Dare to Scale (D2S) growth programme, Bulgaria’s Postbank said on Monday.
The initiative is open to companies from all industries that have an established product or service, with a turnover of over 200,000 levs ($111,615/102,258 euro) and up to 150 employees, Postbank, who is D2S' main partner, said in a press release. One spot in the programme has been saved for an organisation or business developing its activity for the benefit of society.
D2S is also supported by local Software Group, the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Romanian investing platform for tech startups SeedBlink as the capital partner.
Under the programme, company founders will take part in specialised training in key areas for scaling their business, including company management, marketing, sales, business planning and capital raising. Participants will have access to Endeavor's local mentoring network, including consulting company PwC Bulgaria's partners and directors.
More than 80 entrepreneurs from some 43 companies participated in previous D2S editions, with seven of them receiving financing of over 3 million levs in total afterwards.
The programme will take place in Sofia between September and December.
