February 1 (SeeNews) - Serbian company Elicio Wind, a unit of Belgian renewable energy group Elicio, plans to build two wind farms with a combined capacity of 60 MW in Pancevo, northern Serbia, the city authorities said.
The Pancevo and Starcevo wind farms will comprise a total of eleven generators, according to project documentation posted on the Pancevo municipality website.
According to the Serbian business registry, Elicio Wind is wholly owned by Belgian-based Elicio. It was founded in March 2013 with a capital of 570,000 dinars ($5,270/4,850 euro).
Contacted by SeeNews, Elicio Wind officials declined to disclose details about the planned investment at this stage.
