EX YUGOSLAVIA-FOCUSED DON DON ACQUIRES PEKARNA GROSUPLJE - EBRD
Regional baked goods company Don Don Group has taken over Slovenian baker Pekarna Grosuplje, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said. The EBRD supported the acquisition with a 10 million euro ($11.3 million) loan as part of a financial package for a total amount of 60 million euro.

DELTA HOLDING, IHG SIGN MANAGEMENT DEAL FOR INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL IN LJUBLJANA
Serbian diversified conglomerate Delta Holding said on Wednesday it has signed a management agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group for an InterContinental Hotel property in Ljubljana. The construction of the hotel in the Slovenian capital is planned to begin by the end of the year, with Delta Holding set to invest 42 million euro ($47.8 million) in the project.

CROATIA'S AGROKOR SIGNS 200 MLN EURO SYNDICATED LOAN DEAL

BULGARIA'S BULGARTRANSGAZ STARTS 10.6 MLN EURO EXPANSION OF CHIREN GAS STORAGE
Bulgarian state-owned gas transmission company Bulgartransgaz launched a project worth 20.8 million levs (12.1 million /10.6 million euro) for the expansion and upgrade of the Chiren gas storage. The project will increase daily withdrawal from the Chiren gas storage to over 10 milllion cu m from 4.2 million cu m.

BOSNIAN ENTITY GOVT OKS STRATEGIC PACT WITH DONGFANG ON 350 MW TPP PROJECT

ENERCAP PLANS TO START 12 MW UPGRADE OF OBROVAC WPP IN CROATIA IN 2016
Czech-based energy investor EnerCap Capital Partners plans to start next year a project to increase the installed capacity of its 42 MW wind farm in the Obrovac area, in western Croatia.
The 12 MW upgrade, the second phase of the investment scheme, is fully permitted and EnerCap Capital Partners intends to carry it out if it can get a power purchase agreement (PPA) secured.
