OTP TO BUY SERBIA'S FINDOMESTIC BANKA, EYES REGION FOR MORE ACQUISITIONS
OTP Banka Srbija has signed an agreement with Italian specialist bank Findomestic Banca to acquire 100% of Serbia's Findomestic Banka, Hungary's OTP Bank said on Friday. Following the announced transaction OTP Bank will seek further regional acquisition opportunities that could contribute to shareholder value creation, the Hungarian group said in a statement.

NKBM SELLING 89.5% STAKE IN SERBIA'S KBM BANKA
Slovenian state-owned lender NKBM said on Thursday it is selling its 89.53% stake in Serbia's KBM Banka.
Kragujevac-based KBM Banka had 270 staff as of the end of March and assets totalling 74 million euro ($83.1 million). The lender posted a loss of 161,000 euro in the first quarter of 2015.

ROMANIAN GOVT SURVIVES NO-CONFIDENCE VOTE
Romania's leftist government led by Victor Ponta on Friday survived a no-confidence vote in parliament, where the ruling Social Democratic Party, PSD, and its allies enjoy a large majority.
Earlier this week, the Chamber of Deputies rejected a request by the anti-corruption prosecutor's office, DNA, to lift Ponta's immunity from prosecution in a case of conflict of interest.

BUCHAREST BOURSE TO SEE REVIVAL OF PRIVATE LISTINGS IN 2015
The Bucharest Stock Exchange is set for a revival of private listings, with at least 10 companies expected to start trading this year on the AeRO segment, which is dedicated to SMEs and start-ups, the bourse's CEO Ludwik Sobolewski said.
The BVB targets at least 100,000 active investors on the bourse, as currently their number is roughly a third of this target, the official also said.
