CROATIA'S ADRIS GRUPA SIGNS DEAL TO SELL TOBACCO ARM TO BAT
Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS-P-A] said on Monday it has signed a deal to sell its tobacco arm Tvornica Duhana Rovinj (TDR) to British American Tobacco (BAT).
The deal, valued at 505 million euro ($551.6 million) after the deduction of TDR's liabilities, still has to be approved by Adris Grupa's shareholders at a general assembly scheduled for July 14, Adris Grupa said in a statement.

BULGARIA'S BULSTRAD BUYS NON-LIFE INSURER UBB AIG
The Vienna Insurance Group said on Tuesday its Bulgarian unit Bulstrad has entered into an agreement to fully acquire non-life insurer UBB AIG and conclude a cooperation agreement with the United Bulgarian Bank (UBB).

CROATIAN GOVT OKS AWARD OF SIX ONSHORE OIL, GAS EXPLORATION LICENSES
The Croatian government approved on Wednesday awarding six licenses to three companies to explore for oil and gas in the northern Drava river basin and in the country’s east.
The government will award four licenses to Vermilion Zagreb Exploration, a unit of Canadian-based energy group Vermilion. Oil and gas company INA [ZSE:INA-R-A], co-owned by Croatia and Hungary's MOL, will get one license as will Nigerian-based Oando.

CROATIA PLANS TO RAISE 1.5 BLM EURO IN HAC-ONC IPO - DRAFT LAW

SLOVENIA'S PIVOVARNA LASKO SIGNS DEAL TO SELL NEWS DAILY DELO
Slovenian beverage group Pivovarna Lasko [LJE:PILR] said on Wednesday it has signed a deal to sell to local company FMR newspaper publisher Delo. FMR will pay a total of 7.3 million euro ($8.1 million) for the publisher, Pivovarna Lasko, which holds 100% of Delo, said in a filing to the Ljubljana bourse.
