Romanian natural gas producer Romgaz [BSE:SNG] said on Monday it has completed works for bringing into production test two new gas accumulations.
The daily production of the two wells exceeds 2,600 barrels of oil equivalent per day, which is approximately 3% of the company’s daily gas output, Romgaz said in a statement filed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

CROATIA SET TO HIRE IFC TO HELP FIND STRATEGIC PARTNER FOR NATIONAL FLAG CARRIER
Croatia is in the final stages of talks to engage the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to advise on the process of finding a strategic partner for state-controlled flag carrier Croatia Airlines [ZSE:CRAL-R-A], assistant transport minister Dan Simonic said on Tuesday.
The agreement with the IFC should be inked in the next couple of weeks, Simonic told SeeNews over the phone.

WESTINGHOUSE, BULGARIA AGREE TO CONTINUE TALKS ON NEW NPP UNIT

SLOVENIA'S 'BAD BANK' SELLS PORTFOLIO OF CLAIMS TO BANK OF AMERICA MERRILL LYNCH INTL
Slovenia's 'bad bank', DUTB, said on Tuesday it has signed a deal to sell to Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Limited claims against four local companies.
DUTB said in a statement the transaction includes claims against the Protej&ACH group, sporting goods manufacturer Elan, national flag carrier Adria Airways and stockings maker Polzela. It gave no figures.

VALUE OF M&A DEALS IN CEE FALLS 2.4% IN 2014 - EY
The combined value of merger and acquisition (M&A) deals in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) declined by an annual 2.4% to $35.8 million (33 million euro) in 2014, the Bulgarian branch of global consultancy Ernst&Young (EY) said on Monday.
The total number of M&A deals in the region last year went down by 16.9% to 1,304, EY Bulgaria said in a statement, quoting figures from the latest EY Barometer report.
