State-controlled incumbent telco Telekom Srbija has invited bids for an adviser which will propose the format for its privatisation.
The bidding deadline is March 6. The contract will be awarded to the candidate with the most economically favourable bid, a public notice published on Telekom Srbija's website indicated.

SKYGREECE TO START DIRECT TORONTO-ZAGREB FLIGHTS IN JUNE - TOURISM MIN
SkyGreece Airlines plans to launch direct Toronto-Zagreb flights on June 22, the Croatian tourism ministry said on Tuesday.
The air carrier is planning to service the route once weekly during the summer flight season, the ministry said in a statement.

PRYSMIAN GROUP, TRANSELECTRICA SIGN MOU TO STUDY ROMANIA-TURKEY SUBSEA LINK
Italian energy and telecom cable producer Prysmian Group said it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Romanian power grid operator Transelectrica [BSE:TEL] to study the opportunities for the construction of a subsea connection between Romania and Turkey.
Prysmian Group CEO Valerio Battista also announced two new industrial investments worth around 30 million euro ($34.4 million) in total in the southwestern Romanian town of Slatina during a news conference attended by prime minister Victor Ponta, Prysmian Group said in a statement posted on its website on Tuesday.

CREDIT INSURER EULER HERMES OPENS BULGARIAN OFFICE
France-based credit insurer Euler Hermes said on Tuesday it has opened an office in Bulgaria to service small and large companies in the country.
“Growth markets in Eastern Europe are an increasing focus for our European clients and the Sofia office adds to our ability to provide them with local market business intelligence for safe, sustainable growth,” Ludovic Senecaut, Euler Hermes CEO for Northern Europe, told a press conference in Sofia.

EASYJET TO EXPAND PRESENCE IN CROATIA'S SPLIT WITH FIVE NEW ROUTES IN 2015
Air carrier easyJet, the operator of Europe’s leading network, will expand its presence in Croatia’s Split this year while planning to further scale down operations on the Serbian market, easyJet’s spokesman for Europe Matteo Taddei said.
With the launch this summer of flights from Split to Belfast, Newcastle, Paris-Orly, London Luton and Manchester, easyJet will reach eighteen destinations offered from the Adriatic city, Taddei said.

BULGARIAN FOOD RETAILER PICCADILLY EYES DOUBLE DIGIT SALES GROWTH IN 2015
Bulgarian food retailer Piccadilly expects to increase its market share in 2015 on the back of planned double-digit growth in sales, the company’s chief executive officer Tanya Kosseva-Boshova said.
In comparison, in 2014 Piccadilly’s sales went up by 2.2% with customers increasing 6% on the year. The company held a market share of 5% in terms of turnover generated by the 10 largest fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retailers in Bulgaria.
To boost its turnover, the company will open new supermarkets in cities where it already operates, Kosseva-Boshova said.
