August 14 (SeeNews) - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said it will extend a long-term loan of up to 50 million euro ($66.3 million) to Turkish dairy producer Sutas to back its investment programme.
Sutas's investment programme envisages the construction of two integrated milk and milk processing facilities which will include feed plants, breeding farms, practice farms, educational centres, milk processing plants, reclamation facilities and animal waste power plants in western and eastern Turkey, the EBRD said in a statement on Tuesday.
The company will also make capex investments in its existing plants and provide working capital for its subsidiaries in Macedonia and Romania.
