June 24 (SeeNews) - Insurer Dunav osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] generated the highest turnover among the blue chips on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday, as stock indices closed up, bourse data showed.
A total of 5,236 Dunav shares changed hands in a turnover of 7.0 million dinars. Dunav closed up 1.07% at 1,318 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.44% at 834.46 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed up 0.25% at 1,682.61.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 17.6 million dinars ($158,200/149,900 euro) on Friday, down from 105.4 million dinars on Thursday, as 185 transactions were carried out.
In the period between June 20 and 24, BELEX15 went up 1.82%, while BELEXline grew 0.82%.
The total value of trading on the Belgrade stock market this week was 160 million dinars, versus 213.5 million dinars last week.
Treasury bonds trading turnover totalled 101.4 million dinars this week, up from 56.4 million dinars last week.
