January 17 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed up on Tuesday, as insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] gained the most among the blue chips, bourse data showed.
Dunav's shares ended at 1,083 dinars, up 1.40% from the previous trading day, Belgrade Stock Exchange data showed.
Household appliances maker Alfa Plam [BEL:ALFA] paced the blue-chip decliners, with its shares going down 1.30% to 22,700 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session up 0.24% at 843.22 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went up 0.12% to 1,776.19.
The total turnover on the bourse went up to 9.7 million dinars ($89,800/82,700 euro) on Tuesday from 7.8 million dinars generated on Monday.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 48,900 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 2.95 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Tuesday.
